NBCNS

The Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation (Barncancerfonden) supports a national network for neuroblastoma and CNS tumor research. The intention is to stimulate good research in these areas in order to improve survival and quality of life for the children. This will be done by promotion of translational research, research meetings, postdoc positions and education. The NBCNS board including the two coordinators are managing the network. The board encourages members to suggest and arrange postgraduate courses, seminars etc. These may be, partly or to full extent, sponsored by NBCNS. Three network research meetings have so far been held at Krusenberg and Solbacka and in Alingsås.
